Exterior Shine Gutters and Windows is a cleaning service company in Lacey, WA that has opened in 2016 as "Mr Klean Pressure Washing and Roof cleaning. In 2017 the owner thought the name was corny and wanted "pressure washing" out of the business name so changed it to Exterior Shine. We specialize in window washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and pressure washing.
Prior to opening the business, our proprietor has worked in a construction shop. With an affinity for doing things and cleaning, he was able to use a pressure washer for the first time.
He also worked in the garden department of Home Depot for 10 years where he expanded his knowledge on cleaning products and tools to do the job. This is where he first learned about moss and the problem it presents in the greater northwest region and ways to deal with it threw training and customer service.
When it comes to cleaning, we are not satisfied with our work if you aren’t. For us, we are not done with our job until you are fully happy with the results. Our owner has worked for two very customer eccentric companies(home depot, Amazon.com) and working for these companies has built a customer obsession that he building his business based on.

Window Washing
Professional Window Washing is done by the "scrub and squeegee" method some businesses just use a cleaner and a hose thats not window cleaning. Most of our home cleanings come with this service for free
Gutter Cleaning
External and internal gutter cleaning and priced separately. External comes complimentary with a home cleaning, and internal comes complimentary with a roof cleaning. We clean the outside of your gutters by spraying them with a bleach based product scrubbing them down and rinsing them off. If you have dirty gutters they will be green or black these stains are algae stains and will eat away paint and bleach kills algae. Cleaning the insides of your gutters we remove as much of the debris by hand then use water to flush the rest down the downspouts which in doing so lets us know if they are clogged or not and if so unclog them.
